Hostname, means the name for your server Ex: Excelize's TDM Server [0.3x]
You can customize it however you want. Hope this helped

Ohh thanks, so i need the same hostname as i had in the server.cfg file?

And it also asks for 'NS1' and NS2 prefixes?

If you don't know how to set up/use a VPS then I suggest you don't jump straight into it. Try getting specific SA-MP hosting first, run your server on that for a while and then if it does well get a VPS.

Host name it asks on registration is like for name servers your server may use, per say server.sa-mp.com >> 127.0.0.1(your VPS IP)
But if you don't know how to use a VPS read some guides otherwise I'd recommend you to buy a samp server which doesn't require you having to setup everything in a more complicated & longer process.

Hostname is probably the name of your VPS. For example, my VPS's host name is 'jarivps'. When you log in as a user in SSH, it displays as 'root@jarivps', user@vpsname. Is that what you mean by hostname?
Or, do you mean the hostname in the server.cfg, for the sa-mp server? If so, 'hostname' is just a neat word for 'server name', I think that says enough

Sorry if I understood your question wrong.

The hostname is the name of your server, not the address to it.
If you want to do something like server.your-domain.com:7777 you may use reverse DNS or point the subdomain to your VPS' IP

 It's an A record.
