You have quadruple posted into Server Advertisements, might as well as said you were spamming.... You know nothing about SA-MP servers.. There is already a few guides on here about it.

What a tutorial.This is not fully explained.Did you mean How to create your own SA-MP server?Then where you explained that how to make own pawno /edit it or how to make own cmds in own gamemode... i think you can't explain.
