No route to host...? - Face9000 - 30.04.2013

Hello, i just switched from volthost to a vps and everything works except irc bots, i get this in server_log file:

[01:41:54] *** IRC_OnConnectAttemptFail: Bot ID 5 failed to connect to 178.238.236.62:6667 (No route to host)
[01:41:54] *** IRC_OnConnectAttemptFail: Bot ID 6 failed to connect to 178.238.236.62:6667 (No route to host)
[01:41:54] *** IRC_OnConnectAttemptFail: Bot ID 1 failed to connect to 178.238.236.62:6667 (No route to host)

Whats wrong? I didn't changed irc settings.
