Since it has started getting boring looking around the sa-mp forum, does anyone have to recommend an average RolePlay server? Heavy/medium roleplay, loyal players, strict stuff and staff, a playerbase around 20+, a well organised forum and format of rules. I guess that's all, thanks in advance. What's wrong with refunding? You are after a Role Play server, right?
If you don't want that, go to RC-RP or LSRP. No need to ask here. Check the internet/hosted tabs too. ******* is a good resource too.

Totally off-topic but, the thing that's wrong with refunding is it takes away an (imo) important part of a game - progression. If you start off with $1,000,000,000 and 500000 score, what is there to work towards?

The author never specified it when I responded to his thread. I mean a refunding RP server is still a RP server, isn't it? I think that if you are at a stage where you can't find one and feel the need to make a thread asking for one, then perhaps you should take what you can get.
I also agree though MP2. It screws the economy of the server. Not great, but hey.

I think there's a big difference between medium and heavy. Heavy is people doing research into literally replicating a real life type of character such as someone from a prison gang. Medium is barely above a low server like SARP.
