Remove vip and Donators - Tyrexo - 30.04.2013

Hi again,i want to know if i can remove the things with vip and donators power users,i don't want that my server to be like others,i don't want to have vip's or donator's on it,everyone to be aqual,what's the line to delete it? or in what folder to delete the file?
