Why My Local host In samp not 127.0.0.1?

It depends on the server IP you enter in client.If you enter 127.0.0.1:7777 and you connect, you connect as 127.0.0.1:SOMEPORT.

You must be on the computer where the server runs not on a different computer becaz localhost is computer specific(I dono wat term to use)

try, "localhost:you-port" default port is 7777
