How to change your username on SA-MP forums:
You can't from what I've heard... I don't know if you can or not, but try private messaging a forum administrator to change your username to what you want.
How to change your name on SA-MP Client:
The following image shows you were you can enter a username, and as you connect to a server, that is what your name will be: http://prntscr.com/12kzc6
