Does anyone know where I could do this? I'm looking for a host that allows me to upload an mp3 and use the audio stream function to stream the file.

In my dropbox there is a public folder, in that folder you can right click, and copy the link to the individual file.

Yes, the share public link, however when I try to stream it using that link, it doesn't work.

Problem with dropbox is you have a limited bandwidth allowance (10gb per day for free dropbox) so if you use the sound a lot, or your server has high population you will run out of bandwidth.
EDIT: Not sure I'm using the correct term 'bandwidth', download limit would be more correct.

That's the point, it doesn't work at all... Not even when I test it on a local server with nobody on it.
