Help with sync - Hitman-97- - 27.04.2013

Hello guys,
I've created a topic before but unfortunately I didn't explain enough in it, so ****** removed it.
Anyways, I searched ****** a lot on how to create something similar to the MTA sync in SAMP, so when you shoot the player's skin, he get the damage, no need to lag shoot.
I need your help guys.
P.S: sorry for my bad english :P

There's an include named 'Anti-Lagshots' released on the includes board. You can find it there.
