King J Hosting problem -

I know I should probably open a ticket for this, but I'm hoping for a quicker answer.
I just bought a server with King J and I uploaded my files. As you can't directly upload the server.cfg, I edited it via CP. After doing so the server doesn't boot. I looked at the logs and I see this:
Код:
[23:18:30] rcon_password = "changeme" (string)
[23:18:30] password = "" (string)
[23:18:30] Error: Your password must be changed from the default password, please change it.
Now, I have edited my rcon password. It seems as though it isn't reading the config file. Can anybody help me?

and to note, it will not allow me to edit via FTP. It gives me an error when I try to open the config file.

I thought I made it clear. I already did as it says, hence why I'm confused.

They should have a file manager you edit your config from, i am guessing.
If not, i recommend just contacting them as it sounds like a error.

Are you sure you changed the Rcon password, saved it, then checked again to see if its still there?

A ticket will almost always be the fastest way if a quick search does not bring up an answer and I beleive a ticket for this issue was resolved several hours ago.
To anyone looking at this in the future in search of a solution, in this case the RCON password was not being set from the server configuration as it contained invalid characters.
