Do i need 5 rep to post on the Server Advertisement section?
because i see many people that only have 1 rep and have posted their samp server there

and another thing how can i enable html in my signature?

Yup you need 5 Rep to advertise. the people how have made a advertisement got after that -REP and for the html stuff you need FORUM code or something....

You cannot use HTML in your signature. Use BBCode instead.
