How can i make boosting ? - DonBonanno - 22.04.2013

Hello,i have a sa-mp server and i wanna make Boosting [i think this is name] ..
I wanna add Players [ Bots] and that bots apear at Playyers Online...
I don`t wanna make NPC because they don`y apear at Players Online...
