Spectate System For Players. - RandomDude - 20.04.2013

What this does?
Well most of you should get it from the title its a spectate system for players to spectate other players.

Why?
You must be wondering why the heck would you want spectate for players well for multiple reasons.
1.If the player wants to catch hackers out. [Record Them With FRAPS]
2.To watch there friends do whatever.
3.I don't know ?
