I'm scripting a Cops And Robbers Gamemode shall i make it in LS or LV ?!

Both.
Make it like single player, when they reaches X level they can go to LV to start robbing and shit.
I've never seen anything like this on other servers so I guess it will be pretty unique.

Hello Nor,we have met before [Posted a bug report once in your forums ;P],Anyways on-topic,I suggest that you would do it in LV because many of the scripters are now focusing on LS and SF.
Try making it unique. ;')
