I wanna just ask .... if i can see all REP that i give it out for persons ?

is it impossible to do that ?

If i can do it , give me some good steps please

I don't think it's possible to see how much reps you have given to a particular person on the forums. If the forums starts keeping records of all the reps given out by everyone, then the database will be huge.

I dun wanna see all the REPes i have given it , I just wanna see the last 1 - 3 REP i given it out .

If its only 1 - 3, just remember it. And no there's no way to see whom you have given rep.
