Hello on my website I have an irc chat and I was wondering if there was a plugin that will add what people say in the IRC Chat in my server chat if thats possible how can I do this I have seen irc plugin but idk if it works the same way

I have searched and so wait if my host is irc.lightirc.com would that be server ip?

You need to connect your server to the same IRC network (using a bot) the users will be using.
