Not work , i don't understand why don't work

Line 10 Should be && not ||

Why are you using PlayerToPoint?
There is a native SA-MP function IsPlayerInRangeOfPoint

Can you explain how it doesn't work?
Does it tell you that it's locked or does it just not do anything?
