Hello guys i have got a new computer and when i attempt to start gta_sa.exe it says DirectX 9.0 Is needed im on windows vista alos i have installed DirectX 9.0 about 100times HELP AND IL REP YOU!

How about staying in one thread for the same problem? And how about testing a legit DVD version? It will install any missing libraries and tell you when something is wrong during install.

It is a legit version i ordered it from Game a few years back its been prefect till i use a new computer with windows VISTA someone help me before i cut myself
