.::How To create NPC::. - LavaHDProkiller - 13.04.2013

Hello
I want to create an NPC that does not walk or run it just stands still i want the npc to be called dave and stands at
-46.5329,-274.4691,5.4297,155.2064

I want him to be skin id 294 and have a gun id 24 and him doing an Animation DEALER_DEAL.
and when you go near him he will say "Hello (player name)" .
if you can help me thank you

You can use the new plugin FCNPC. Looks quite promising and has many functions.
