"A call to an os function has failed" - mahony0509 - 12.04.2013

When I goto add a favourite server, it says "A call to an os function has failed"
I have re-installed samp, Runned it as admin, set compatibility and I still don't know why it won't work.
I have read some threads, yet I still can't work it out.
