So basic question (textdraw) - Scrillex - 12.04.2013

So I want to know how I could make like when player klicks a textdraws name to next then next one shows up...

Like player klicks Los Santos on textdraw.

Then it shows Los Santos: Police dep.
In next klick Los Santos : Goverment. etc.. How it's possible?
