You can check the source of the script and see if there is some script saving in dini,y_ini,MySql,SQL etc..

I suggest that you use it. It's alot easier, and faster once you first learn how it really works. Another good thing about using mysql is that you can display dynamic content on your webpage, like who owns the specific vehicle etc..
