Starting up a server without scripting knowledge is a bad choice and very difficult, no matter how cool your ideas are and how good your leadership is.

I can tell you know, that i will never help anyone with such a project without getting paid for it even then you're looking at 100$ to 150$ for my work.

Nobody here will work for free unless they're dear friends.
