SAMP Not Responding!? - jamsterman1 - 08.04.2013

My friend is trying to load SAMP on his pc, his Singleplayer is working but when he boots SAMP and clicks connect on a server it doesnt load and goes ''not responding'' so he has to CTRL ALT Del and then try again.

IVE ALREADY TRIED REMOVING GTASA.SET or w/e it is from userfiles.

Please help!

unistall everything, then reboot and do a fresh install

singleplayer works, so i uninstall samp?

Unistall SAMP, and then reinstall. make sure your SAMP is 0.3x. (should be allready lol).
