My brother is new and he hasn't got thart permission to post anything on Server Support or on Maps or or or...This is a big problem and I want to fix it...Can someone tell me why he can't post anything?

His account is deactivated. It needs to be activated by a moderator before he can post. You should contact a mod or wait a few days

You need to wait an moderator / Beta Tester , To activate your account , then you can post.

3 Solutions:
1)Your Brother or you need to activate your account via EMAIL (You will get a verification message to active the account in SA:MP).
2) If he did the 1# and Moderator/Administrator (Deactivated) his account then you need to wait Moderator/Administrator to activate it!
3)If your brother did 1# or 2#, and if didn't get activation email message maybe he added wrong email!
