did you remove all the doors, houses and map icons what sometimes get glitched under the map?

Is there any mapped areas there? Reason i ask, Theres a server i used to play on. When they released their new island. It crashed people's clients if they went there

Anything out of the ordinary placed there? Objects, vehicles, pickups etc?

The coordinates there are 0.0, 0.0, 0.0. This could indicate a problem with some coordinates. Disable all of your vehicles, objects etc. one by one and see which is the cause.
