I got an question SAPD:FR is an police mod for GTA SA singleplayer can me and my friend play together?
If so please reply and how?

We aren't the GTA-MODS forum, but anyway, No. You can't. Try joining a RP server or a cops and robbers server to play together.

Yall i just want like singleplayer not like an server people join i want me and just my friend with ncps doing bad things

Well, there's co-op support in the PS2 version, but it's local.
EDIT: Oh, a mod is involved, well the PS2 version can't be modded, but you could play the vanilla one.
