Althlon 2 x4 BE is a good CPU maybe if you are luck and you have the right motherboard you can unlock it to 6 core

CPU is not very important on gaming .. depends on what GPU you have..
obviously if your GPU is faster the CPU cant hold it
That depend on motherboard too the PCI-E and the socket as Vince says

1155 or AM3 and you can get a capable gaming CPU for Ј60! Not something with the likes of the i5/i7... but something that can play games
