Need help with my host [VPS] - Printable Version

Need help with my host [VPS] - adios1 - 06.04.2013

Hey guys so I have a VPS where i host my server. But my problem is my server is disconnecting on random time. it sometimes it disconnect a random player and sometimes it disconnects all the players.. but when I connect to my VPS the Dedicated server (the one looks like cmd) didn't close. what should I do ?

VPS are alright but are you sure it's capable of handling everyone on your server? I can only assume the VPS you have is very weak and you need a more expensive one.

What type of Linux? How much RAM?

The VPS might have a low / bad connectivity.
Consider contacting your provider first.

True,They do have bad connectivty but exceptions are always there

Not like anyone here can guess, post your server log or something. If you're sure that your script is fine, then it might be just your VPS.

Then what should I must upgrade to be strong? RAM? CPU? or what?

hmm I tried testing the speed by using speedtest.net and it appears

Hmm I don't think its on the script. I tried other Game mode. but it's still the same. Probably it's on my VPS

I checked the server_log but i don't see anything wrong. It doesn't close neither crash

Try contacting your host is the best bet here. they will be able to help you.
