localhost not working for some reason. - Denying - 04.04.2013

Well, as the title says.. for some reason, my localhost is not working.
I've used my brother's computer ( On the same network ofc ) for like a month to test my script and after one router reset it aint working at all. He's 100% logged in to the correct network.

Any idea what may cause this?

( NOTE: I've used Hamachi to test the server with other people and it worked until that router reset, but not anymore )
