Server won't go public. -

So as the title said, "Server won't go public".. I can run it (Samp-Server.exe), also join it on local (:7777) but it won't go online for other friends (Retrieving info...). I did portforward it.. Still no step further, I don't have a clue what I should do.

I have the same problem, it was portforwared fine and I could connect, but my friends couldn't. After disabling my firewall from the antivirus and from the 192.168.2.x my friend could connect fine. If you can figure out how to have firewall enabled and allow outcoming connections for the samp-server.exe then it will work fine.

192.168.2.x is not a public IP, only your local IP. If you want your server to be hosted, host it at any of these hosts in this topic:

If you want others to join, get a Hosted tab at

You misunderstood. What I said was that I disabled the firewall from the router configuration (192.168.2.x in a browser).

Yes, but the only way your friends can join is to have a host, no matter if you disabled your firewall and the router configuration doesn't match in 192.168.2.x. Apparently that's how it works now.

Assuming you use windows firewall, you can go to your control panel -> firewall -> advanced options and add port rules there under incoming and outgoing connections.

You don't understand, and you don't seem to know that everyone also has a public IP.

No, you're wrong. Your friends can join to your server if you portforward it correct and allow the outcoming connections for that program (samp-server.exe). Hosting is not the only way..
