i got this Bug when i was moving around.
And sometimes the other player gets invisible.

It's Obviously an IMG Bug...
Just, like Re-Download the GTASA: gta3.img and Re-Install it.

Thour , Maybe you just installed Mod For This Skin that's maybe why skin is bugged or maybe your Computer graphic is bugged try to re-install GTA in your PC

but it was fixed as i reloged but in yours is it permanent?if it is then change you skin image in gta3.img with a img tool to normal it would surely work,

I had this problem once. I've been afk for about 4 hours, and when I came back my head just dissapeared. The other players could see it, but I couldn't. After a relog everything was just fine.

I Didn't have any Mods and it was not perm.
I Reported here so that it can be fixed for any next version if possible?

It's not because of mods or something like that, it just happens sometimes, I had the same problem. Just relog and it should be fine. Or it could be your GFX card.
