Any host could run vbulletin.

I would though recommend www.nextgenhost.net

I find this a wee bit suspicious. You're looking for someone to host on what seems to be a paid version of vBulletin which is licensed to you. If you have bought it, then most likely you have the money to buy a webhost which comes at a cheap price, a minimum of $5/mo would already suffice.

No we don't have the vBulletin software. We're looking for someone who has the vBulletin software and can host for us for free.
