Help please - Mysterykid - 30.03.2013

I have recently made a server, and I don't even know a thing about commands. I don't know know if it even has any and I try typing /rcon I tried videos about pawno but my pawno doesn't saves. So I was wondering if someone can help me figure this out beccause I really want to be able to use commands on my server.
