SA-MP error - 2013Mapper - 29.03.2013

Hey guys I downloaded a whole new GTA - SAMP and when i try to start it this is what i get. Can you guys try and help me please , Thanks

IF it always crashes you (because of mods) then try things:
1)Try to RE-Install your GTA (Re-Download it)
2)Try to RE-Install your SA-MP
3)Replace the gta3.img (file which you add the mods inside) and then re-install yuor SAMP
4)Delete ALL your files and start to download it again...
