ShowNameTags Alternative - Fergy - 28.03.2013

Hello guys,

is any alternative for ShowNameTags ? Because, i want to show player lvl and admin level above player head, but if I use 3dtextlabel is not effective, because health and armor refreshing is too slow...

Any plugin or script ?
