[Need Help] Windows 7 - Taskbar - Printable Version

[SOLVED] Windows 7 - Taskbar - Jeffry - 28.03.2013

Hello everybody,

I have recently noticed a problem at the Windows 7 Taskbar on my user account. The ''sliding color'' and all other sliding things, like the sliding mini-previews are just jumping instead of sliding.

If anybody has an idea how to fix this, I'd thankfully appreciate this.

Doesn't work. ^^

BUT:

I fixed it. Thanks goes to somebody very special, who made me continue trying. Thank you :-*

The way how to fix it:

• Click 'Start' and search for 'regedit'

• Run it, and go to the following: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Wind ows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced

• Scroll down to 'TaskbarAnimations', double click it and set the value to 1

• Close the Registry Editor

• Restart your PC and you're done. It works!

Right click 'Computer', then go to advanced settings and select the appearance thing, or something like that. Make sure that the option with the best appearance is checked. I'm at school at the moment, so I can't see the exact names of the choices, I will edit this post when I get home : )
