Well, I used a Textdraw Editor and tried to change it to Text Draw, how?

Open the TD with the in-game editor and select the EXPORT option, then pick the type of export you desire. There's going to be a .txt file created in your /scriptfiles directory, the same place where you found the file that you posted the contents of!
