Remove any traces of GTA:SA in your computer, then re-install it.

The easiest way to do is
Start >> Control Panel >> Programs >> Uninstall a program >> Search for GTA San Andreas and follow the on screen instructions. You're all set!

Delete all folders from gta directory then put your original CD into pc and wait till it loads.. Then press uninstall and then instal again and your set.
