Problem with 2 FS (conflict) - sasnet90 - 26.03.2013

hello
I have 2 filterscripts and I think they have a conflict.
if you use both scripts once one of them goes exactly (hold)
if you use these scripts in turn go both!
Can you help?
If it is easier you can put both scripts in one FS!
