the dcmd fast commands processor is deprecated, for start now on 0.3x ? or is still good command processor ?

dcmd is an old piece of crap command processor. It's slow and ugly, just link Dini. People still feel the need to use these systems, though. Why? I'll never know.
Use either ZCMD or y_commands for the best processing speed and the best ease of use!

dcmd is a piece of crap compared to zcmd or y_commands. As Cop said use zcmd or y_commands for the best result.
