[QUESTION] Kind a team based question - Dirkon - 24.03.2013

Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to make system like this:
Everyone is on the same team, no one can harm anyone. But if some players are on some kind of mission, or something like that, they could make damage to each other, but couldn't harm those players who are not on the mission.
lol, hope you've understood it. Any ideas?

SetPlayerTeam() - cant harm players on the same team
then set the ones not on mission different team
