I want to create a gm using YSI includes & sscanf , the problem is I heared that it needs connection, & sometimes it the plugin can't be loaded , is it right ?

Instead of asking you could just do it and see for yourself.
Needs connection for what?

And sometimes it can't be loaded because of your faults.

What do you mean by: "it needs connection"?

For the not-loading part,never heard anything like that, never had these problems myself

thx I'm speaking about the YSI includes + plugins , it sometimes need the network to run ...

Who said?
It needs internet connection just to search for updates.
Even if you don't have internet connection plugins and others will still work.
