List of vehicles that cannot be modded - Xeiss - 21.03.2013

Hi guys
I'm trying to make a little command, and I want an "if" statement, that checks if the vehicle (pVeh is that case) can be modded (add nitro, different wheels, etc.. to it).
I'd appreciate it if you could help me with that
