hello everyone i was wondering is it possible to remove that money bar and change its location on screen like below player at the bottom of screen

disable the hud.... go to options and disable the hud.... and u can recommend to ur users.... if they want full gaming benefits to do the same

You CANNOT do this with SA:MP. It's a client-side issue that you cannot change. The image you posted is where the user is using a hud-modification.

Because its part of GTA and not everyone wants a server to be able to change that. This isn't MTA, SA:MP was designed to be a fast way to connect online with other players, not spend 20 minutes at one screen while you wait for the client to install or change a bunch of your settings.
