Hello, must be my IRC Bot identified to let them online on my Server for mibbit or so?

Mibbit isn't a server, it's an IRC web client.

If you're talking about adding bots so you can communicate through IRC with people in your server, no, those bots do not have to be registered. All they do is send text back and forth.

Don't use Mibbit's network. That's rubbish. Most servers use irc.tl (home of #sa-mp) or gtanet.

Mibbit is simply a client that also runs their own network. It's a horrible network at best, anyways.

Use irc.tl, gtanet, or irc.infinitumgaming.com- they all work wonders compared to Mibbit's network.

But how to make then an Channel on an other client, know everyone other client sites who can make an channel with IRC ect?

I suggest you go learn the difference between an IRC client and an IRC server, first.
