Server Signature using Y_INI? - JaKe Elite - 17.03.2013

I need to create a server signature using y_ini.

I saw some of ****** post that this is possible and he created a function for it.
But what is the function for it? How to do it?

I need y_ini not MySQL.

It's okay if it's not possible.
I just need to do it.
