A problem - Rufio - 16.03.2013

Yo guys, I am back with another problem.
I am scripting a MySQL-based script from 0 , I have done everything fine. But I have a problem, here goes my log.

The system cannot find the mysql.dll folder or connect to it.

Once Downloaded, Add this to your "server.cfg" file

You're not even loading the plugin.

Got MSVCP error, downloading Microsoft .NET Framework 4 hope this will help me thanks for help
