You can't have those gamemodes,because they are private. You may only get these gamemodes released here: http://forum.sa-mp.com/forumdisplay.php?f=71

The only other option would be to buy the GM from the owner, though it's unlikely that they'd even sell it for a reasonable price.

Try the Game Modes section. There are probably plenty of free GMs that are similar.
