Help with Map Construction - Shift77 - 15.03.2013

Hello Community,
I have a Problem with my Map Construction, even when I start the editor I get the Error:
"Please install proper drivers for your graphics card. ****** will help you in acvhieving this task."

After I press the "OK" Button I get another Error Message:
"Access violation at adress #Code#. Read of adress #Code#."
It's every time a other Code.

My Laptop:
Acer Aspire 7741G 64bit
Operating System: Windows 8
Graphic Card: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5000 Series(Mircosoft Corporation - WDDM v1.20)

Done:
- installed DirectX
- installed C++
- installed NET Framework 4.5
- started as an Administator

I tested the Map Editor at my Fathers Computer, there it works perfectly, this Computer ist working at Windows 8, too. I hope you can help me.

Re-install it, and the run editor.exe

Then i get a .rar File with much .dll files, where i have to put them in?

Driver re-installed, it don't works..

Try to change compatibility mode for software
